The Compass Rose Health Plan is excited to announce the launch of the Compass Rose mobile app! With this app, we aim to make it easier for members to access their health plan benefits no matter where they are.

The Compass Rose app has easy-to-use features to help you find what you need. Upon signing in, members will see “Things to do” at the top of the screen. There, you will find tasks such as completing a health assessment or updating your paperless preferences. You can also submit a claim right from your mobile device.

The app will also allow you to:

  • Access your health plan ID card
    Easily view and show your health plan member ID cards when you need them. You can also print or request a new ID card.
  • Find care and pricing
    Search for network providers near you, see ratings and reviews, and estimate out-of-pocket costs for different types of visits.
  • Check your benefits and coverage
    Find copay and coinsurance amounts, view plan spending and see how your plan covers different types of care and services.
  • View your claims
    Check the status of new and past claims. See the amount billed, what your plan paid, and how much you owe.

To download the app, go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and search Compass Rose Health Plan.

Simplify sign-in with HealthSafe ID

HealthSafe ID® is our new sign-in that lets you access nearly all your health benefits with the ease of just one username and password. You will need to create a HealthSafe ID to access the Compass Rose app as well as your myCompass and Optum Rx® account.

To register, you will need your health plan ID and group number. You can find this information on your ID card. If you have already created a HealthSafe ID — such as to sign in to your Optum Rx account — you won’t need to create a new one.
