We’ve enhanced your myCompass experience with updates designed to make managing your health plan easier. Standard and High Option members will now see new tools and features on their homepage dashboard, including:
For Medicare Advantage members: While you will continue to use retiree.uhc.com/compassrose to manage your plan and benefits, you also have access to myCompass. There, you’ll see the updated experience and can easily find the latest news, forms, brochures, and member resources.
These updates are part of our ongoing effort to make myCompass easier to use and help you get the most from your health plan.
All members can now manage how they receive the Compass Connection newsletter through the new communication preferences page in myCompass.
All members with an email on file will automatically receive a digital copy in their inbox. You will no longer receive a paper copy unless you update your preference.
If we don’t have your email, this will be your final paper copy. To continue receiving the newsletter, update your preference through your myCompass account.
