The Compass Rose Health Plan’s plan administrator, UMR, has introduced a live chat feature, available to Standard and High Option members. With this new service, we're making it easier for you to get help when you need it with your claims and benefits.

Members can now live chat with a UMR Plan Advisor through our secure member portal. To begin a live chat through myCompass:

  1. Sign in to your myCompass account
  2. Click Go to UMR
  3. Select the Chat Now button  

Once a chat is started, members will be prompted to provide additional information to help UMR understand their inquiry better. From there, a Plan Advisor will join the chat to assist with questions about coverage, billing issues, claims, provider network information, and more — within minutes. UMR team members are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday – Friday.

This new live chat feature makes it easier and quicker to get answers to your benefit and claim questions. Whether you're at home, at work, or on the move, you can now get the help you need whenever you want, right at your fingertips.
