If you have previously registered in the old portal, you will need to re-register to gain access to your account.

Compass Rose Health Plan Members

Your personalized myCompass profile features tools designed to help you:

  • Understand your benefits with a snapshot of the most commonly covered services and costs
  • Find the care you need through quick links to our provider directory and telehealth services
  • Access your ID card and claim details as well as view plan balances and rewards through a single sign-on*
  • Manage your prescriptions, estimate your costs, enroll in home delivery and manage refills
  • Access the NEW Living Well Program, get messages from an anchor nurse and follow through on clinical recommendations**
  • Find trusted health information by searching conditions, treatments and other health topics in the new Health Library

Primary members and their spouses and dependents over the age of 18 can each create their own account.

Compass Rose Specialty Members

  • Understand your benefits with a snapshot of your coverage and premiums
  • Update and manage your coverage with links to request a coverage change or update your beneficiary(ies), if applicable
  • View and print payment history, if applicable
  • Manage your account by updating your username, password and contact information

Activate Your myCompass Account

STEP 1: Visit member.compassrosebenefits.com/register on your computer, tablet or mobile device. Fill out all of the fields and then press continue. If you are a Compass Rose Health Plan member, be sure to enter your first and last name as it appears on your member ID card.

STEP 2: You will be asked to create a new username and password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 number and 1 symbol. Once you click Complete Registration your account will be created and you will be automatically signed in. There is no wait time!
